Booking & Cancellation conditions

A reservation is only binding with written confirmation and after transfer of the requested confirmation deposit or a credit card guarantee. Credit card details can be sent to us in encrypted form. Your credit card will be checked, used as a booking guarantee and only charged in the event of cancellation. Please note our following cancellation conditions.

Cancellation conditions for direct bookings: up to 61 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the reservation can be canceled unilaterally by the customer with a written declaration without any cancellation fees.
If canceled within 60 to 22 days before arrival, fees amounting to 25% of the agreed total price will apply; if canceled within 21 days before arrival, the fees will be 70% of the total price. In the event of early departure or late arrival, cancellation fees amounting to 70% of the booked but unused days will be charged. In the event of a no-show without cancellation or notification, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If you have booked through an agency or portal, the cancellation conditions listed there apply.

We will be glad to confirm you a room category but not the room number or the floor.

Trip cancellation insurance

Sometimes, something may happen before your journey. However, with our travel cancellation insurance you are protected from financial loss. If you are not able to to set forth your holiday for health reasons, or if you must early break off, a cancellation fee can be charged. In order to protect you from such expenses, we recommend you our trip cancellation insurance.

Payment

We accept cash, instant bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa and debit card.
We accept business cards only when paying company bills, not for private vacation.
Diners Club and American Express cards are not accepted.

Arrival/Departure

The room will be ready in the early afternoon about 2.30 p.m. On the departue day the room should be left at 10 a.m. If you arrive later than 6 p.m. please advise us.

Allergies

Do you have food intolerances or are you following a vegetarian diet? We are happy to support you, but as a holiday hotel we cannot offer a specialized kitchen for this. The dishes in the menu are marked so that you can immediately see which dishes are gluten-free, lactose-free or vegetarian. Some other dishes can be adjusted accordingly. Please understand that we cannot offer all dishes as in a hotel kitchen are processed large quantities. Please talk also to your waitress in order avoid any doubt, as we cannot take responsibility for any inconvenience.

Deductions & Surcharges

Generally, the reservation is possible with breakfast and half-board.

If you book with breakfast, the dinner can be booked on site for Euro 36,50/menu per person. In case of special banquets like Christmas etc. the menu price can increase. Please ask for our offer.

Upon timely cancellation of the dinner Euro 15,00/person paying full price are deducted. The cancellation should take place at least the day before at dinner.

Pets/Dogs

Pets are only allowed upon prior notice and agreement as they are allowed just in some of the rooms. Pets have no access to the dining room and the wellness area. We charge Euro 15,50/day/dog (without any food). Please bring your own rug or basket.

Charging station for e-cars

Since 2017 we provide a charging station for electric cars with 22 kW. This fits to the European standard connector type 2.
