“The pleasure of culinary delights”- this is the motto for our shared trip through a world of culinary experiences: here in the Hotel Zentral, the gourmand will enjoy real treats. That is no surprise, because our tongue and palate possess many thousands of taste buds – thus, every meal turns into an unforgettable experience. Needless to say that also the wine cellar is well-stocked and appropriate to the hotel’s reputation. South Tyrol vs. Italy – there can only be winners!

Every day, our motivated kitchen team spoils you with South Tyrolean specialities, Mediterranean delights and Italian delicacies. Light, fresh and tasty – these are the characteristics of our gourmet cuisine.

With the most important and central meal of the day you will definitely start your holiday right – in the midst of the Vinschgau Valley. Immediately upon entering the dining room you are welcomed with a hearty smile and the smell of fresh bread and hot coffee. Help yourself to the rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired and enjoy freshly prepared eggs from our show kitchen. For the small in-between hunger we offer you a hiking and biking snack to take from the breakfast buffet.

In the evening you will enjoy a rich salad buffet and afterwards a five-course choice meal with salad buffet which closes in a delicious dessert.

On some evenings our chefs take the opportunity to prepare all dishes for you at the buffet and to get to know you personally.

During the Tyrolean or Italian evening you can learn something about the chosen meals – chef de cuisine Norbert Prossliner and sous-chef Elfried Calzá like to share their passion with you.
