“The pleasure of culinary delights”- this is the motto for our shared trip through a world of culinary experiences: here in the Hotel Zentral, the gourmand will enjoy real treats. That is no surprise, because our tongue and palate possess many thousands of taste buds – thus, every meal turns into an unforgettable experience. Needless to say that also the wine cellar is well-stocked and appropriate to the hotel’s reputation. South Tyrol vs. Italy – there can only be winners!
On some evenings our chefs take the opportunity to prepare all dishes for you at the buffet and to get to know you personally.
During the Tyrolean or Italian evening you can learn something about the chosen meals – chef de cuisine Norbert Prossliner and sous-chef René Kofler like to share their passion with you.
Our team of cooks will adapt the menu to gluten or lactose-free dishes as much as possible. Please let us know in advance, so that our chefs can consider it from the very first evening. For a carefree holiday time.
