Start: In ➊ center of Prad. In the direction of Reschenpass, a meadows trail leads over ➋ Agums to ➌ Lichtenberg. Past the ruins of the same name, cross a paved path on the left over the ➍ bridge to the ➎ Pinethöfe above Lichtenberg. Immediately afterwards you enter a dense forest, which rarely gives you a view of the upper Vinschgau Valley. Follow this forest trail to ➏ Schartalm. Once on the ridge, the landscape opens and right in front of you you can see King Ortler (3895 m) with all its splendor. The descent to Stilfs takes place via the ➐ Faslar farms above Stilfs. We reach the famous village ➑ Stilfs with some restaurants. We then return to Prad via ➒ Gomagoi and continue on the SS38 to Prad.
