Diners Club and American Express cards are not accepted.
The room will be ready in the early afternoon about 2.30 p.m. On the departue day the room should be left at 10 a.m. If you arrive later than 6 p.m. please advise us.
Do you have food intolerances or are you following a vegetarian diet? We are happy to support you, but as a holiday hotel we cannot offer a specialized kitchen for this. The dishes in the menu are marked so that you can immediately see which dishes are gluten-free, lactose-free or vegetarian. Some other dishes can be adjusted accordingly. Please understand that we cannot offer all dishes as in a hotel kitchen are processed large quantities. Please talk also to your waitress in order avoid any doubt, as we cannot take responsibility for any inconvenience.
Generally, the reservation is possible with breakfast and half-board.
If you book with breakfast, the dinner can be booked on site for Euro 30,00/menu per person. In case of special banquets like Christmas etc. the menu price can increase. Please ask for our offer.
Upon timely cancellation of the dinner Euro 14,00/person paying full price are deducted. The cancellation should take place at least the day before at dinner.
Pets are only allowed upon prior notice and agreement as they are allowed just in some of the rooms. Pets have no access to the dining room and the wellness area. We charge Euro 13,00/day/dog/day/pet (without food). Please bring your own rug or basket.
Since 2017 we provide a charging station for electric cars with 22 kW. This fits to the European standard connector type 2.
A booking is only binding with a written confirmation and an advance payment or a credit card guarantee. The advance payment can be made online. We will be glad to confirm you a room category but not the room number or the floor.
Cancellation conditions for direct bookings: Up to 2 months prior the agreed date of arrival the guest may cancel (in written form) the contract without financial consequences. Up to 21 day prior the agreed date of arrival the guest shall be obliged to pay 25% of the total amount. For cancellations less than 21 days prior the agreed date of arrival and in case of no-show the guest shall be obliged to pay 70% of the total amount. In the event of a premature departure the guest shall be obligated to pay the price for the actual stay and 70% of the price for the remaining unused services.
If you have booked via an agency or a portal, there shall apply the cancellation conditions described there.
Please note the cancellation conditions in your offer or in your booking confirmation, which may differ from the general cancellation conditions due to Covid-19, postponement in goodwill or other reasons.
Sometimes, something may happen before your journey. However, with our travel cancellation insurance you are protected from financial loss. If you are not able to to set forth your holiday for health reasons, or if you must early break off, a cancellation fee can be charged. In order to protect you from such expenses, we recommend you our trip cancellation insurance.
